Here's an entry from a guy who is single.

This is not the first time I've heard from my male readers that they look for friendship in their relationships too!

Think about it, when we make friends with other people, what are we looking for??

We all want friendships! We look for friends who would listen to us, be there for us. It's a basic human need.

But, so many times, many of us often forget about that. After some years of commitment in a love relationship, we forget about that! What do most of us do? We try to change our partners into something they are not. We expect them to behave, to talk and to respond in the way we want or expect them to be. And from there, problems arise. We claim we can no longer understand our lovers and spouses. We claim our partners have changed. Have they changed? Or have we??

All humans look for friendship. If you can no longer be a friend to someone like your partner, then, one day, they will look outside for those "friends"!!!
